FALSTERBO FYR

When I drove out to Kullens Fyr up in Mölle, I had to drive through a golf course, but down in Falsterbo, I had to watch for golf balls because the road went through the middle of the fairway on on hole and along side another one after a 90° right turn. This fyr certainly looked old, indeed, it was built in 1795, standing 25 meters high and located on the southwestern most point of Sweden. This site has had a navigational aid since the 13th century. This one got electrified in 1935. They quit using it in 1993.
It now is privately owned, they were polite to me when I walked up with cameras all over me wanting to go up in the lantern where some of their guests had gone, but no, I could not go up there, please leave. Seems I read that there is an open house once a year, but I missed it. They were just having a party.
To take a photo from the front, you almost need to stand on the tee. But since the golfers were there using it, you have to stand in this marshy grass closer to the water.
