HARBOUR TOWN LIGHTHOUSE
Hilton Head, South Carolina
By the time we finally wound our way around to a parking area, we had just enough daylight left to capture a few shots of this modern tower. We did not try to go over to the tower itself. It seemed like a parking nightmare. We left for Georgia.
You can climb up in this one. There is a gift shop at the top. They built this thing in 1970 with private funding.
