POINT NO POINT LIGHTHOUSE

You know, there really is a point at Point No Point, but what's the point in arguing. They probably called it that for some quirky reason. It is the same style lighthouse that you see at West Point over across the sound at Elliott Bay. It is not hard to find, just follow the maps provided.
The lighthouse was constructed in 1879 and lit that same year. In 1898, it boasted a 4th order Fresnel lens that still shines today. The tower height is 30 feet and the focal plane is 27 so you can tell there is no elevation gain from the site itself. There is an attached fog signal building that originally housed a bell and now hosts a horn.
