SVINBÄDÄN FYR
Viken, Sweden

I drove for 5 hours, 3:30 AM till 8:30 AM, to go from Stockholm to Helsingborg and I had turned north to go find the Kullen Fyr. AS I drove right along the coast, I was looking out occasionally at the horizon in hopes of spotting a tower that I could see at least with my telephoto lenses. Rain was coming down in bucketfuls. I was atthe town of Viken and just leaving the town limits when I saw this out in the water not too far off. And there was a nice little parking area that I could pull into and park broadside to the light tower, which would allow me to use my tripod in the passenger seat with the window rolled down routine to get my photos.
I stopped at a gas station down the road a bit and asked what the name was. Svinbädän, pronounced Swine bowed en.
