VERVET
Cercopithecus aethiops sabeus
I had never heard of Vervets before seeing them at the Oakland Zoo. They are also known as Green Monkeys or Grass Monkeys. They are native to Africa. This small colony resides inside a screen mesh enclosure which makes them difficult to photograph. You can find them next to the Meerkats and Hyenas.
